This recording is 1 minute, 26 seconds long.
Dear Fellow DISC Trainer,
It is my pleasure to welcome you to this fast and easy e-learning course
for the 7 Steps to a Successful DISC Session.
My aim is to help you be the best DISC trainer you can, so I created
this short, yet comprehensive overview of the 7 ways you can
ensure you cover what's needed in your next and every DISC training
session.
I've been using DISC for over 20 years, and believe that it lays a
great foundation for people to understand behavior, for them to look
at ways they can communicate more effectively, resolve conflict, improve
their management and leadership styles, and learn to provide better
sales and customer service to outside clients.
As you move through the program, you'll understand how important it
is to be fully prepared to make your presentation, why you should make
it interactive and fun, how to orient people to their reports, and especially
vital, how and why you should build in ways you can ensure both ongoing
and future applications of DISC, plus the critical task of following
up with both your client(s) and the participants.
Although participants won't learn everything about DISC in one training
session, both employer and employees will start being able to speak
the same language, which will foster a more dynamic and productive organizational
culture.
Here are the topic areas I cover in this 45-minute training
session. You will be viewing an online slide presentation, with slides
covering a different topic as you hear me give you an overview and key
points for each.
